IntenSync Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of IntenSync, a product operated by Equilibelle App Solutions. By using the app, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and Account Use
- You must be at least 18 years old to use IntenSync and create an account.
- You must meet any additional age requirements applicable in your region.
- You are responsible for maintaining account security and accurate details.
- You must not use IntenSync for unlawful or abusive purposes.
2. Health and Safety Disclaimer
IntenSync is not a medical provider. Training, nutrition, hydration, and performance guidance in the app is general information only. You are responsible for your own health decisions and should consult qualified professionals when needed.
3. Subscriptions, Trial Access, and Billing
- Premium subscriptions are billed and managed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
- App-managed FREE premium access campaigns may be offered to eligible users.
- If FREE campaign access ends and no paid subscription is active, your account returns to free mode.
- Billing disputes and store refunds are handled under Apple/Google policy.
4. Community and Content Rules
- You retain responsibility for content you post.
- Harassment, hate, illegal content, impersonation, or spam is not allowed.
- Equilibelle may remove content or restrict accounts to protect community safety.
5. Service Availability and Updates
We continuously improve IntenSync and may modify features, layouts, and premium capabilities. We may also suspend access for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, or legal obligations.
6. Intellectual Property
IntenSync and related assets (branding, code, content, and design) are owned by Equilibelle App Solutions or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute protected material except where law permits.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, IntenSync is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted service, and Equilibelle is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from app use.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for severe abuse, fraud, policy violations, or legal requirements. Users can stop using the app at any time and may request account deletion in the app from Settings > Account > Request Account Deletion (or by contacting support).
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law in Prince Edward Island, Canada, while honoring non-waivable consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
