IntenSync Privacy Policy
IntenSync is a product operated by Equilibelle App Solutions. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what controls you have.
IntenSync is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to minors under 18.
1. Data We Collect
- Account data: name, email, authentication identifiers, and account metadata.
- Workout data: session setup, completion stats, timing data, points, and progress metrics.
- Subscription data: store entitlement status and subscription lifecycle events needed to grant/revoke premium access.
- Community data: posts, comments, reactions, profile display choices, and moderation signals.
- Diagnostics: crash and performance data used to improve reliability.
- Advertising signals: ad interaction data for non-premium experiences where ads are displayed.
- Optional wearable/health data: where enabled by you and available on device/watch.
2. How We Use Data
- Provide core timer and account features.
- Personalize premium coaching and analytics experiences.
- Support subscription entitlement logic and customer support workflows.
- Operate reminders and notification inbox features based on your settings.
- Detect abuse, enforce community safety rules, and maintain service integrity.
- Measure app quality and improve product performance.
3. Third-Party Services
IntenSync uses Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Functions, Analytics, Crashlytics) and may use ad services such as Google AdMob for non-premium experiences. Subscription billing is handled by Apple App Store and Google Play.
4. Ads and Premium
Premium users receive an ad-free experience in supported areas. Non-premium users may see ads. We do not sell personal data.
5. Safety Notes for Guidance Features
Hydration and nutrition guidance in IntenSync is general informational content and not medical advice. Users with medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or prescription plans should follow qualified professional guidance.
6. Data Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for service delivery, legal obligations, fraud prevention, and support. You can request account deletion in the IntenSync app from Settings > Account > Request Account Deletion (or contact support).
7. Your Controls and Rights
- Update profile details and some preferences in-app.
- Manage subscription from Apple/Google account settings.
- Request account and data deletion.
- Control notification and consent options from settings.
8. International and Regional Compliance
We aim to align with applicable privacy frameworks including Canadian privacy obligations and applicable consumer laws in user jurisdictions. Where required, consent and policy prompts are presented in-app.
