Delete Account

To permanently delete your IntenSync account and all associated data, please send an email to intensync-delete-account@equilibelle.com with the subject Delete my IntenSync account. We will remove your account and any linked data within 30 days of your request.

Delete Personal Data Only

If you wish to delete only your personal data (e.g., activity history, preferences) but keep your account active, please send an email to intensync-delete-data@equilibelle.com with the subject Delete my data. We will remove your personal data within 30 days and confirm by email.
